Press section
The Press Section of the Embassy is
responsible for facilitating and advancement of connections of
mass Medias of Islamic Republic of Iran and
Austria
.
The Section is responsible for support
and strengthening of bilateral cooperation in press field, and
establishment of contacts with local media to inform and brief
them about
Iran
's important events, and also reflection of official opinion and
point of views of the Islamic Republic of Iran on important
international issues.
The Press section provides necessary
assistance and facilities to Austrian correspondents and
journalists in electronic and print modes to obtain appropriate
visas for their visits to
Iran
in the shortest time.
This section is also handling various
queries of journalists, as well as providing the necessary
assistance and clarification on various points.
